After noticing that Saturday’s and Sunday’s outfits included handknitted items, I decided to have that be a constant for the week. I have so many knitted items, and I’m not always good about wearing them. So here goes.
I think you would enjoy it if you signed up for the emails below. Besides the free eBook, my email family gets personal tidbits of what’s going on in my life, along with other happenings, sales, information, giveaways, extra photos, and interesting articles.

SATURDAY
I finished knitting this sweater, and was happy it was chilly today so I could wear it.
Of course, I wanted to print mix with it, so I grabbed these pants (worn with a gray top here).
Notice I cuffed the pants.
I won this blue blouse from Franne Golde and loved how it added such brightness to the look.
The Oxfords I found thrifting gave it a masculine vibe, and then the denim cap finished off the look.
You don’t really see the brooch at my waist, so I wore it again for Easter.
HAPPY EASTER
I couldn’t pass up a lime green tulle dress when I saw it at Just Be Youtiful.
Rob called it my princess look, and it reminded me of 2 young girls we saw at Trader Joe’s the day before.
The dress is strapless, so for the cooler morning, I added my handknit pink cardigan.
Then I used the brooch at my waist and added some fun to the look with my silver cowboy booties.
Plus, my fabulous shoulder-scraping earrings were made by my friend, Judy.

MONDAY
Today was a tall order. We had yogalates class, then we were heading to Goodwill (everything 50% off), AND I wanted to wear a handknit piece.
So I opted for this knitted skirt to wear over my leggings.
I wore the same t-shirt last week, but it wasn’t dirty, so I figured it would be perfect for my workout.
And this sheer orange jacket was found thrifting years ago. Then I wore mules because they are easy to slip on and off while thrifting. I’ve had them for ages–worn with nature-inspired outfits.
TUESDAY
This hand-knit cardigan was originally knitted with a longer dark pink portion. However, it didn’t drape the same way as the top portion, so I finally cut it off.
Being in my rebellious stage, I wondered how the pink would pair with orange.
This orange slip dress has been shown styled 5 different ways. It has a funnel neck that tends to gape open when I lean forward. So I got creative with a magnet and necklace (video soon).
I’m also trying out a new brand of boob tape that is already shaped. JODIELOVES gives you 10% off, but they aren’t cheap.
My sneakers are the striped ones I bought this year from DSW, which are on sale now.

WEDNESDAY
We are off to the botanical gardens today. We have a membership but haven’t been using it as much lately, so we finally set a “day date” and will go enjoy it.
This brown sweater is one of my handknit ones. It’s lightweight yet will cover me from the sun.
Then I kept it casual with my overall shorts. I bought these as overalls, and even showcased them styled many ways.
However, I figured I would wear them more as shorts since I have many pairs of jeans. Thus, I cut them off and tada.
I haven’t talked about the online discount shoe site lately, but these gold sneakers are less than $20, plus a discount with code COMFY10.
I often decorate them with a brooch, but today I added a scarf on the belt loop.
Pink straw earrings and a huge hat complete the look.
FRIDAY
I knitted this dress years ago and kept running out of yarn, which is why it has many different colors. It was back in the day when I wasn’t so good about figuring out how much yarn I needed for a project (not that I’m great at that now, LOL).
Since it’s a sleeveless dress, I added a denim cropped jacket for the morning.
And you can see that I wore these striped sneakers again. Some weeks are like that!
I also added a handmade bucket hat that is marketed as wearable art.
And then I added a statement pin and statement earrings to make a statement, haha.
