Is March a Lion or Lamb?

I appreciate each and every share. Thank you!

March sentence a day

Is March a Lion or Lamb?

If someone asked you what you did this March, what would you say? I think it can be so hard to remember specific days and events when every day goes by in a flash, right? So I joined up with a couple of other bloggers to keep track of the month of March with a sentence and some photos. There’s a link up below if you’d like to see the other’s participating in this project, and a huge thanks for Leslie for organizing us!!

3-1: This is quite the whirlwind, because we just arrived home from Arizona late last night, we are taking blog photos with the moms this afternoon, and then we leave for LA tomorrow!

March in the air

3-2: Here we are at the airport AGAIN, and it reminds me of the song, “On the Road Again” except it should be “On the Plane Again”. I have to say I don’t know how others travel all the time like this…it wears us out!

3-3: We shot some footage for an upcoming Chico’s video to help with their “Bolder” campaign! We are asking for EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU  to help us get to 1 million views on this video. Will you help? Just share it on any of your social media and tag some friends with the hashtags #ForeverFierce #HowBoldAreYou #AgeisJustaNumber! Here is the link to the You-Tube if the above doesn’t take you there. Please make sure to subscribe and give us a thumbs up!! Thank you so, so much!

And then we hopped right back on the plane to come home because…..

Seeing Hamilton in March

3-4: We had Hamilton tickets! Now I know why everyone raves about it! Emotion, comedy and great music all in one!!

3-5: After all of that travelling, I need a trip to the chiropractor to put my head on straight.

March goodies

3-6: I was so psyched to receive a bunch of goodies from NYX. I get into habits with my makeup, and I’m working on a blog post about how it should evolve with us.

3-7: Because of the thredUp campaign for tomorrow’s International Women’s Day, I spent some great amount of time shopping their site. I have to admit, that I love any kind of shopping at any kind of place…..

3-8: Today is a day to get caught up and work on my blogging. Of course this includes a nap and some snacks because those are my husband’s favorite activities.

March days at Davidson's Liquor Store

3-9: Anyone else love checking out new liquor stores to be introduced to wines you would never have tried otherwise? Afterwards, I had a hot date at Maggianos with my soul mate.

3-10: It was laundry day, which always surprises me that 2 people can generate so many dirty clothes??

3-11: We had such a beautiful day in Denver, so we took advantage of it by going for a walk!

March with bestie

3-12: Lunch with my bestie!! PS.. I knitted the sweater I’m wearing!! Actually it’s been given to Rob because it’s so big, but I “borrow” it back from time to time to wear as a jacket.

3-13: I didn’t have to leave the house all day. I finally got caught up on some alterations for Rob and myself!

March surprise with our window

3-14: There was a crazy surprise when we opened the curtains today for knitting day, and found a crack in our 1 year old window. We called Champion Windows and it’ll be 6 weeks before we get a new pane of glass.

Behind the scenes at a photo shoot in March

3-15: Blog photos day with the moms!! This was a neat mural that spelled out BRILLIANT!!

3-16: We booked a trip to Utah for a blogging conference. I realize it’s a food blogger’s conference but most of the classes will pertain to any type of blogging. If you’re interested, or live in Utah, and would love to meet up, email me (email adress is in the Contact tab)

3-17: Happy St. Pat’s Day!! First we attended a grand opening of a liquor store (but I didn’t win the car that was being given away which was too bad because see below….). And then we saw a play in downtown Littleton.

3-18: We took my mom’s out for another photo shoot. We had missed one earlier this month with Nancy out at Steamboat skiing, so this was a makeup time!!

My Honda in March

3-19: My poor little car wouldn’t start on Saturday, so it got a lift to the repair center. I know it’s old (it’s a 1997) and has hail damage. However, it only has 130,000 miles and it’s a Honda. I figure I have 10 more years to go. Luckily all it needed was a tune up because the engine got flooded.

3-20: Besides blogging, I worked on altering 3 pairs of jeans for a neighbor. Did you know you can shorten a pair of jeans and use the original hem

March at IMAX

3-21: Talk about a fun filled day!!! Not only did I get to help out a friend by organizing her closet, but then Rob & I went to the IMAX and saw Conquest of the Skies in 3-D about flying animals and insects.

March in the bathroom

3-22: Another Thursday? Another blog photo sessions with the moms!! And then out to dinner, where the bathroom was decorated in yard sticks. Creative, huh?

3-23: Today we ventured out for some photos, errands, and a little lunch date!!

3-24: An unexpected trip to Target which then brought on a trip to the mall along with some shopping!! Now that’s my kind of day….LOL!!

3-25: We ventured out to find some fun areas for photos for an upcoming Jambu video. I truly think I’ve explored more of my area just because of the blog. Otherwise I only go to and from the same ways all the time.

3-26: I didn’t even leave the house today!!

March snow in Denver

3-27: It’s not springtime in the Rockies without snow. Yet the sun is out, the mountains are lovely and it will melt faster than you realize.

March adventure at Buffalo Bills

3-28: One of the things I’m trying to do is explore our area more. Since I’ve lived here over 30 years and never visited Buffalo Bill’s museum or grave, Rob & I decided to go see if for ourselves. It was a fun outing, and the views were amazing from Lookout Mountain!

3-29: Another Thursday, another photo shoot with moms! Today we were able to explore Denver Central Market since we needed a place for some inside photos (see snow above…ha ha)

March Easter bread

3-30: We made Easter bread from Rob’s mother’s recipe!! It’s his favorite Easter food, and yet we only do it every couple of years. At least this year it turned out good!

3-31: We met up with a friend for lunch and helped my mom with her computer. It’s nice having an IT guy in the family….
