It’s a short week, daily look-wise, because I spent one day in my dog-walking outfit (shocking, I know), and another day on a blog photo shoot, which means you’ll see it with the crew soon.
I think you would enjoy it if you signed up for the emails below. Besides the free eBook, my email family gets personal tidbits of what’s going on in my life, along with other happenings, sales, information, giveaways, extra photos, and interesting articles.

SUNDAY
This is a Sumisurra dress (made to my measurements that I’ll be showcasing soon). I talked about their site last fall when I was researching companies to replace eShakti.
I layered a cropped, bright colored tank top over the dress and then added my colorful sandals (still available).
MONDAY
We’re off to a Yogalates workout class today, so I’ve challenged myself to make my workout outfit cute instead of changing.
I wore lilac joggers (these are the ones I figured out how to make thicker in cold weather), and a pink graphic tee.
Then I added 2 scarves
1-Around my neck threaded through a ring (see the closeup in the top photo)
2-Tied around the tie, holding the extra t-shirt material.
Then I added my floral sneakers (you saw them with matching vs non-matching outfits).

TUESDAY
This wasn’t the original outfit I planned for the day. I was having issues with the top I wanted to wear, so I grabbed this one instead.
You’d never know it, but this top was modified. It had elastic at the sleeve hems that was annoyingly tight, so I cut it off and used some of the excess material to fill in the decolletage area, so it’s a tad more modest.
I’ve been loving these green polka dot shorts because while they are short, they have volume and seem more comfy.
Then I chose tan sandals and raffia earrings.
Later in the day, I was shocked to find out that this top’s buttons were functional (down the entire front). So I turned it into a topper. How long have I had this top and never realized that? LOL.
WEDNESDAY
I had to wear my “reject” red capris. It would be silly to have spent all that time working on styling them and leave them in my closet.
Even though I liked them better styled for winter, I decided to try a “matching set.”
In Jodie’s style, I decorated the lace at the top with a bunch of brooches (they also help keep the elastic of the shoulders down when I lift up my arms).
I added cognac sandals (with the coolest heel decoration) and orange raffia earrings because I didn’t want everything to match.

FRIDAY
I was off to a doctor’s visit with my mom, so I wanted to have a somewhat professional look yet still be cool and comfy.
The skirt:
-wrinkly, but it’s cotton, so I try to embrace the wrinkles
-thrifted, Loft brand
-no pockets, and I keep thinking, maybe I’ll add them.
I’ve worn this vest many times, and 2 of my friends even have it, and we wore it all different ways. Today, I styled it over a navy bralette.
It’s sandal season, so I pulled out this colorful plastic pair for the day.
