No new clothing this week, but I managed to mix up and origami the clothing that I already own to make them different.
My emails are my way to share fun and positive content with you from all of the sites I visit during the week. Sure, you also get my free eBook when you sign up, but that’s not the best part.
The best part is you get a daily dose of positive energy.

SATURDAY
The first outfit is on the left, and the changes I made to it are shown on the right after seeing the photo.
I was excited to wear this silk sari skirt (my crew has worn similar ones in the past because they can be origami-ed many ways). But I wasn’t hip about the tan portion hanging below the burgundy today.
So I pulled it up and created a sash-like look with it in the front instead.
I still like the light blue with the outfit, but the belt is no longer needed.
2 tricks:
-I created this necklace from a gold chain, bangle bracelets, and clear elastics (seen in this video)
-My baseball cap has wording on the front, so I covered it with a scarf that wrapped around my ponytail and hung down the back.

SUNDAY
I’ve had these pants hanging on my valet rod for a couple of weeks, and finally created an outfit.
I found this rust colored top thrifting this summer, and I LOVE the elastic waist. It’s my inspiration for my Hungarian top from last week on Friday…hopefully it will be easy to add some elastic and make the Hungarian top look like this.
Bright yellow is inserted into the look with my sandals, necklace, glasses topper, and “bracelet”.
For my bracelet, I took a small square scarf and threaded it through a ring, and then tied it around my wrist.
Video here.
MONDAY
What you don’t see in this outfit is my workout outfit. Well, you can sorta see the sports bra and definitely the t-shirt, but this circle skirt is hiding my workout shorts.
The skirt is from Just Be Youtiful years ago, and I’ve worn it with a solid white top in the past.
I origami-ed my t-shirt into a one-shoulder top and added a fabric flower pin (my mom made it from scrap material) to hide the extra sleeve material and give it some sass.
These blue sandals have been the best for summer, and they would be the perfect swim flip flops because they have more support than normal flip flops.

TUESDAY
Do you recognize this “belt” from Sunday’s look as a necklace?
I wore it recently 4 different ways, and only 1 of them was around my neck-FB video here-make sure to share it with your friends.
These shorts have been worn many years ago, and I like them because, while they are short, they have volume and thus don’t feel so immodest.
I am super glad I bought these black and gold sandals because they don’t seem as heavy (color-wise) due to the gold pieces. They are on sale if you are interested.
The top is not new either. It was worn in the past with tan pants.
WEDNESDAY
I totally origami-ed this dress as seen in this video.
Basically, I tucked the collar under to open the neckline and then wrapped one panel of the shirtdress around the back and pinned it with a brooch.
I wore these age-old gladiator sandals to give an edgier vibe and even used clip-on earrings on the shoes for extra.
BTW, one of my friends gave me this dress after it was gifted to her by a company because it wasn’t her style.
You can see how I wore my fringy dress over it (Friday of this Daily Outfit post).
I also came up with 2 other ways to transform the dress…1, including using the pockets as a belt. TT video

FRIDAY
I’m going to a perfume-making workshop this evening and wanted to wear one of the tops that the woman brought back to me from the country of Georgia. We even wore them together in the past.
Funny how I wore it with an orange and white dress that time too, but different proportions.
The dress was purchased after it came in my clothing rental box, and Rob loved it when I wore it with boots and a faux fur jacket (Saturday in this Daily Look post).
Instead of tying the top in the front (like it’s made to do, I wrapped the ties around and used a clip-on earring to hold it on each side. If I didn’t like the ends hanging down, I could tuck them up under the top.
And I tucked the collar under to create more of a “v” neck.
Then I wore my print sandals and a print scarf as a headband.
Thank you
